Kem has been married for twenty-two years and has three children (two at VT, and one at CVCC). Kem is service driven and has been an active volunteer in the community for over twenty years including at the Liberty God Parent Home, Alliance for family and Children, and The Child Abuse Prevention Center.  Kem was the previous owner of the local business, Cobb Technologies; this has helped her understand the true value of customer service.
